Production Information Of BOP

The BOP (Blowout Preventer) provides a stable and convenient support for driving the screw pump. The rams and ram rods are nitrated to prevent wear. Special rams have an offset, which improves their forced centering capability. Rubber ram seals are designed for easy maintenance and replacement in the field. Locking devices have been added to the preventer design to ensure even closure of the rams.
All metal parts of the preventer are made from corrosion-resistant steel (NACE) and comply with API 6A standards. There is a threaded connection beneath the lower flange of the preventer for tubing or a short pipe attachment. The bottom flange is designed to be replaceable with a different-sized flange if needed.

The Wireline Pressure Control Equipment, also referred to as the Single Hydraulic Wireline Valve or Slickline BOP, is typically positioned between the Lubricator and Wellhead. Its purpose is to prevent blowouts by containing the pressure within the well when the valve bodies are closed. The design allows for equalization of pressure between the lubricator and well when operations need to be resumed.
This particular Wireline Valve is operated manually and features a pair of Ram assemblies with a stem-connected handle. By manually rotating the handles, operators can open or close the rams as needed. It should be noted that this valve is specifically designed for slickline operations only.
