About tubing pump
For tubing pump, the pump barrel is put in the well to the designed depth with tubing. And then put the plunger into the barrel with sucker rod. Given the tubing size, the bore of the tubing pump is larger than that of the rod type pump, so the pump rate is higher. According to seating mode, the rod pump can be divided into three types: THC pump (Stationary Heavy Wall, Cup Seating, Tubing pump), THM pump (Stationary Heavy Wall, Mechanical Seating, Tubing Pump) and THD pump.
For some large production wells, larger bore of tubing pump can be worked if the on-off connector is installed. Tubing pump is the strongest pump. It has large flowing area for fluid and it is suitable for producing viscosity oil.
Stationary Heavy Wall, Tubing Pump, its standing valve can not be pulled out.
