Products Description:
Zhongshi Group provide sucker rods are designed for transmission of translational or rotational motion from ground drive to the well pump for oil extraction. The rods are round cross-section bars whose ends are provided with upset heads and thread. The rods can be rigged with various centralizers, to protect rods, couplings, and oil well tubing from wear; rods can be additionally provided with mobile scrapers for removal of paraffin deposits. "D" class sucker rods (as per API specification) display enhanced strength and anticorrosion properties, and are highly competitive in terms of quality with the products of world famous manufacturers.
Features:
1. Grade C sucker rod is made from fine carbon steel. It is featured by mid-strength, good plasticity, toughness, corrosion resistance. It is suitable for sour medium environment where it is not susceptible to sulphuric stress cracking.
2. Grade D sucker rod is made from fine alloy steel, featured by high strength, better plasticity and long service life after heat treatment. This product is suitable for no-corrosion or light-corrosion environment oil-well widely.
3. Grade HL and HY sucker rods are super-high strength sucker rod, having the same size and main parameter as grade D sucker rod, but their strength is capable to reach 966~1195Mpa.
4. Grade HL, HY sucker rods are suitable for the deep oil-well or big-pump capacity oil-well.
5. Grade K, KD and KH sucker rod are made from fine Cr-Ni-Mo alloy steel containing different amount of Ni. They possess more powerful anti-corrosion function. The products are suitable for strong corrosion oil-well, with depth of shallow, middle and deep respectively.
