Deep Well Quality Carbon Steel Oil Production Downhole Pumps
Basic material carbon steel downhole pump description:
Rod Sucker Rod Pump from under the pump during the operation without tripping pipe, convenient operation, saving time, temporary wells short time; same time as reducing the shackle on the tubing operations, reduce dropout risks tubing thread, extending tubing life, conducive to the maintenance of the tubing.
Rod pump is applicable to deep well and inclined well, with low liquid lever and small oil output. Meanwhile, the wells should have sufficient liquid supply and the sand and wax is not serious. The pumping depth is not above 3100 meters. During working, the maintain can be done by lifting sucker rod, instead of tubing. This method can reduce labor and improve efficiency.
Structure and working principle.
There are two structures, plunger assembly inside barrel and extemal assembly.
The working principle of rod pump is the same as tubing pump, by reciprocating of plunger to suck oil from well. During up-stroke, the fixed valve and the annular valve open, traveling valve closed, well fluid is sucked into the pump barrel, and the fluid above the plunger is pumped to the ground. When down stroke, traveling valve open, and fixed valve and annular valve closed, it force fluid to flow into plunger through traveling valve.
Working barrel is fixed by stable clamp spring, and double anchored and sealed with metal sealing and teflon sealing.
