Production Information Of BOP

The Blowout Preventer (BOP) provides a dependable and user-friendly support system for operating the screw pump. To mitigate wear, the rams and ram rods undergo a nitriding process to enhance their durability. Advanced rams are equipped with an offset feature, improving their ability to achieve precise centering. The rubber seals designed for the rams facilitate effortless maintenance and replacement during on-site operations. Furthermore, the preventer design incorporates locking mechanisms to ensure consistent closure of the rams.
 
All metallic components of the preventer are fabricated using NACE-certified corrosion-resistant steel in accordance with API 6A standards. Beneath the lower flange of the preventer, there is a threaded connection that enables easy attachment of tubing or a short pipe. If required, the bottom flange can be conveniently substituted with a different-sized flange without difficulty.

The Single Hydraulic Wireline Valve, also referred to as the Slickline BOP or Wireline Pressure Control Equipment, is strategically positioned between the Lubricator and Wellhead. Its primary objective is to ensure blowout prevention by effectively containing well pressure when the valve bodies are in the closed position. The engineering of this equipment facilitates pressure equalization between the lubricator and well during operational intervals.
This particular Wireline Valve is manually operated and features a pair of Ram assemblies with a handle connected to the stem. By manually rotating the handles, operators can conveniently open or close the rams based on operational requirements. It should be emphasized that this valve has been exclusively designed for slickline operations.
