Valve ball & seat is the key parts of the sucker rod pumps, the API code of them is V11. Its using directly decides the service life of pump. According to the corrosion characteristics of oil wells can provide different material,API 11AX ball and seat in materials stainless steel AISI440C and hard alloy (tungsten carbide and STELLITE), with advantages of high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance. A gate valve is a linear, on/off valve designed to fully open or close the flow of fluid through a pipeline, offering minimal obstruction when open and tight sealing when closed.   Design and Operation Structure: Gate valves typically consist of three main components: the body, bonnet, and trim. The gate itself can be either a solid wedge or a flexible design, depending on the application. Operation: The valve is operated by turning a handwheel or lever, which raises or lowers the gate into or out of the fluid flow. The hollow sucker rod is a kind of special sucker rod which is designed for oil extraction in oil well with high pour point, high viscosity and high wax content. Can exploit crude oil effectively. The hollow sucker rod consist of threaded joints, sealing and rod body. The rod body is made of seamless steel tube and the threaded joint is connected with the rod body through friction welding and heat treatment.  In addition to the center channel of the Hollow sucker rod downward into the heat carrier (hot oil, hot water, steam), chemical agents or down-heating cables to reduce the viscosity and melting wax, to improve the fluidity of crude oil, can also be used for sand, salt, small hole oil production and layered oil production. Oil downhole tools tubing drain nipples are for oil well sucker rod pump. The drain nipple provides a positive method to equalize the fluid level in tubing strings without mechanical manipulation. When the pre-set point is reached, a set of shear pins will break and the external sleeve will move down to uncover the ports in the inside nipple.   The hydraulic tubing drain nipple utilizes rupture disc technology to provide accurate and reliable actuation of drain opening downhole. Hydraulic tubing drain has been used in many types of wells to eliminate the potential hazards associated with pulling wet tubing strings.
