Puyang Zhongshi Group produce the oil downhole pump designed for resistant extreme corrosion for salt water, H2S and CO2 according to NACE standard MR-01-76. The pump barrel is chrome plated on 4/6 chrome steel, can realize the capacity of resistance for extreme corrosion and abrasion. Or use chrome plated brass material pump. Ream Shoe   In any wellbore that is expected to have serious obstruction problems, such as horizontal wells and extended reach wells, the use of drilling guide shoes can achieve good results and lower the casing (tail pipe) to the bottom.   (1) Reamer Shoes are composed of aluminum eccentric toe cap and body. The scraping function of its aluminum drillable eccentric guide head can remove obstacles in the well, and is particularly good at removing low-side debris in horizontal wells. The low-side debris is dominated by the loose rock formations of the Tertiary Guantao Formation Horizontal wells are a very common problem. Aluminum eccentric guide toe body (connected to the casing line) The aluminum eccentric guide toe can bypass and clear obstacles in the well. (2) The guide head is made of aluminum alloy and is drillable. Moreover, some small honeycomb holes are pre-set inside it, so that when it is drilled, the drill cuttings are broken into pieces without forming filaments that can wrap around the drill bit. Not only that, a pilot hole is also designed in the middle to guide the drill bit to find the center quickly. This feature makes the drilling guide shoe easily drilled out by the next drill bit. (3) A one-way float valve can be installed in the eye-drawing shoe to make it function as a floating shoe. (4) The end of the eye-catching guide shoe body can be processed into various buckle types according to the customer's casing, so as to be directly connected to the customer's casing or tail pipe.   

Characteristics of casing head The casing connection can be either threaded or slip-connected, and hanging the casing is fast and convenient; The casing hanger adopts a rigid and rubber composite sealing structure, and a metal seal can also be used to enhance the sealing performance of the product; It is designed with a wear-proof sleeve and a pressure test removal tool to facilitate the removal of the wear-proof sleeve and the pressure test of the casing head; The upper flange is designed with pressure testing and secondary grease injection devices; The valve configuration on the side of the casing head is designed according to user needs;   The function of casing head The casing head is installed at the upper end of the surface casing string. It is used to hang all layers of casing other than the surface casing and to seal the wellhead device components of the casing annular space. Its main functions are as follows: 1. Hang part or all of the weight of each layer of casing except the surface casing through the hanger; 2. Connect wellhead devices such as blowout preventers; 3. Form a pressure seal between the inner and outer casing strings; 4. Provide an outlet to release the pressure that may accumulate between the two sets of pipe strings; 5. In an emergency, fluid, such as well killing fluid or fire extinguishing agent, can be pumped into the well through the side hole of the casing head; 6. Special operations: a. If the cementing quality is not good, cement can be replenished through multiple side holes. b. During acid fracturing, pressure balancing fluid can be injected from the side holes.
