Sucker rods   Sucker rod is an important part of a sucker rod pumping system. Sucker rod connect with couplings to be a rod string, and up through polished rod connect on the pumping unit or PCP motor, down connect on the pump piston or PCP. Its role is to ground the reciprocating movement of the pumping unit horsehead suspension point is passed to the downhole pump or pass the rotation of the PCP motor torque to downhole PCP. Sucker rod is manufactured according to API Spec 11B, rod grade is available in C, D and H. Sucker rod is developed to suit for artificial lift oil production in oil deep well. Sucker rod A string or solid or hollow tubular that is moved by a pump jack at the surface to operate a rod pump at the bottom of the well. The Thread Protectors are designed to provide protection to the connections during transportation, to prevent debris from entering the threads and tube body. The threads are made in such a manner that they cover all the threads of the connections and prevent the thread protector from stripping or vibrating loose. Thread protectors are used for protecting the thread of drill pipes, drill collars, drill subs and oil casing pipe and tubing pipe. We can produce the thread protectors of NC connections, REG connections, IF connections, FH connections and many premium connections.   Thread protectors material: Full plastic Steel Plastic & steel   Full plastic thread protectors are mainly for drilling tools and can be produced in any colour; Our plastic thread protectors is CNC machined type, not moulded. CNC machined plastic thread protectors can ensure a perfect fit with no risk of shrinkage and leaving enough of a gap for grease. Steel thread protectors are also for drilling tools. Plastic & steel thread protectors are for oil tubing pipe and casing pipe use. Plastic & steel thread protectors’ size is available from 2 3/8” to 30”.

Our newly produced float shoe is ready to ship, Float shoe is the most common tool in solid control cementing operation. Float shoe controls the top of cement through the replacement fluid in the drill pipe, minimizing the drilling of cement in large casing. Traditional replacement operation requires calculation of excessive cement coefficient, while in this cementing scheme, cement does not need to be larger than the volume of drill pipe. Cementing can be completed without large plugs.   On 20th.June,Puyang Zhongshi Group shipped the sucker rod pump with special treatment to our client. These pump will be used in southeast market.   In the lat month, a new client from Mexico placed order of 110 pcs of sucker-rod pump after the strictly inspection, the products are already on the way.   Subsurface sucker rod pump   The subsurface sucker rod pumps are manufactured in accordance with API 11AX, and have been API monogrammed and ISO 9001 licensed. Drill Collar   Drill collar is a component of a drill string, which places weight on the drill bit and pump drilling fluids. Drill collars are the integral thick-walled tubular pieces machined from steel solid bars, they are screwed together along with other downhole tools to make a bottom hole assembly (BHA).   Drill collars’ material is AISI 4145H modified steel, nonmagnetic nickel-copper alloy or other nonmagnetic premium alloys.Production standard is API Spec. 7-1.   Our drill collars are slick type and spiral type. Spiral drill collars have grooves machined on the outside surface that promote the even flow of drilling fluid around the drill collar diameter, equalizing pressure and reducing the occurrence of differential sticking.

The spray-welded plunger of SRP is equipped with a Monel joint (nickel copper alloy joint), which can more effectively resist the corrosion of the plunger by the corrosive solution in the oil well. There are two connection methods between the Monel joint (nickel copper alloy joint) and the plunger body, threaded connection and friction welding connection. The available materials and surface treatment processes are recommended under the three principles of equal service life, pump barrel failure first, and plunger first failure.
