  Non-magnetic drill collars are also called Non-mag drilling collars, which is an essential part of the bottom hole assembly (BHA) in drilling operations. They are constructed from non-magnetic materials, which is a special type of stainless steel that maintains its mechanical properties while exhibiting minimal magnetic permeability.   Non-mag drill collars are used extensively for directional drilling and horizontal drilling to enhance the accuracy of downhole measuring tools (such as Measurement While Drilling- MWD, and Logging While Drilling- LWD) can be negatively impacted by magnetic interference. PYZS sucker rod blow out preventer   In the process of oil production by pumping unit, high-pressure gas flow will appear suddenly in the well, If the wellhead is not equipped with a blowout preventer, the stuffing box alone is not enough to control the wellhead pressure and can easily cause a blowout. Therefore, it is necessary to install sucker rod blowout preventer at the wellhead. The sucker rod blowout preventer developed and produced by our company with small size, occupies little space of wellhead, and is easy to operate. It is produced according to API 16A standard, and its sealing performance is safe and reliable.   Installation operation   Installation   Before installing the blowout preventer, check whether the locking nuts at both ends are locked, whether the lead screw rotates flexibly, and whether the sealing ram are damaged. Connect the lower connector to the wellhead, making sure the threads are tight. Connect the sucker rod and stuffing box to the upper connector of blowout preventer, making sure the threads are tight.   Operation during normal oil production   During oil production, the sealing ram of the blowout preventer should be in the fully open position. The operation method is to turn the leading screw counterclockwise to open the sealing ram to fully open state. When the sucker rod is operating during oil extraction, neither the rod body nor the coupling can collide with the sealing ram.   Blowout preventer close operation   When a blowout or kick accident occurs downhole, the oil production operation should be stopped immediately and the blowout preventer should be closed immediately. The operation method is to rotate the hand wheels at both ends clockwise at the same time until the ram holds the sucker rod tightly and seals the liquid in the well. Sucker Rod Introduction: The sucker rod is a steel rod that used to make up the mechanical assembly between the surface and downhole components of a rod pumping system. The product conforms to API Specification 11B (Oil extraction rod Standard) and other related standard, authorized to use the API monogram. All sizes of sucker rod (standard, heavy, polish rod) which conform to API specification latest version 11B are available in grade K, C, D and HL. Technical Performances: Adopting the advanced production line crack detecting, quenching, the continuous overall tempering and sand blasting processes to achieve higher mechanical strength ability with overall good performance.The thread is cut by the special-purpose numerical control lathe which keeps the rod body still when cutting the threads. The stuffing box for the polished rod consists of a cross shell, seal gate valves, sealing pin, sealing cap, and rubber packing. The bottom of the stuffing box can be connected using threads, flanges, or clamps. This device reduces wear on the polished rod and improves oil recovery. Key characteristics of the stuffing box are that it has a unique misaligning feature that reduces the need for precise alignment with the pumping unit, it is equipped with cone packing, and it has a lubricated upper gland (LUG) with a grease zerk for rod lubrication. Optional components include an oil reservoir gland (ORG) and an anti-pollution adapter (APA). The stuffing box has a simple structure, making it easy to install, and it is widely used in the industry. specification     The stuffing box cone packing is available in sizes for polished rods measuring 1-1/8", 1-1/4", and 1-1/2". It comes in a set of four (three top cones and one bottom cone) and also includes one bottom cone. During installation and usage, it is important to inspect and clean the device thoroughly before installation. Pay attention to the size of the polished rod to ensure compatibility with the valve specifications. When installing, adjust the seal compression force until there is no leakage. It is recommended to make adjustments in small increments to prevent a decrease in service life.

When use mobile screw type stop collar, slip over the casing, tighten the screws using wrench. b. When use fixed screw stop collar, put the collar around the casing, insert the screw, and knock into screws by hammer. c. when install buckle type stop collar, buckle the stop collar onto the casing, lock with pin,knock into the screws.       Stop collars Keep centralizers and other casing attachments in place on the casing. Available in hinged and slip-on styles and size from 2-3/8''- to 30''. Stop collars use set screws for increased holding force. The hinged design is for applications on upset tubing. These stop collars are available in slip-on for tight clearances and hinged for semi-tight clearances. Hinged stop collars that use hardened inserts (dogs) to provide a positive lock onto the casing. The specially designed dogs bite into the casing, which provides the stop collar's strong holding force. The recommended torque on the bolt is approximately 25 to 35ft-lb. When properly installed, the hinged stop collar can provide a holding force up to 40,000lb. Slip-on stop collar with set screws is slipped onto the end of casing and up to the top of the joint to the desired location. The set screws are tightened to approximately 35ft-lbf. This style of stop collar can hold forces up to 20,000lb. They are designed for close-tolerance liner jobs as well as in the installation of cement baskets and cetralizers of different designs.
